For optimal athletic development, individualized personal training is offered to promote targeted and sustainable performance improvement. Coaching is provided on a one-on-one basis by experienced sports scientists and licensed trainers.
Based on clearly defined goals, a structured multi-week training program is developed. The focus lies on effective training load management and the continuous improvement of technique.
In addition, the program includes expert guidance in key areas such as training and season planning, race strategy, equipment, and nutrition.
