Programs for All Performance Levels
Consistent and well-balanced training across the three disciplines of triathlon – swimming, cycling, and running – is essential for sustainable athletic development.
Our group sessions bring together motivated athletes of varying performance levels. Both beginners and returning athletes after a break are always welcome.
Special emphasis is placed on appropriate training load management and the targeted improvement of technique in all disciplines in order to prevent overuse and enhance overall efficiency.
Training is structured progressively throughout the season, ensuring that each participant receives individually adapted training guidance. The aim is to develop overall performance while fostering long-term enjoyment of sport and movement.
